\u2022Onboard and support advertisers; help launch and scale campaigns<\/span>

\u2022Monitor performance and recommend optimizations (creatives, targeting, bidding)<\/span>

\u2022Build strong client relationships and drive retention<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022Identify, acquire, and convert new advertiser leads; manage pipeline<\/span>

\u2022Source and manage traffic partners (publishers, SSPs)<\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, CRM, Accounting, Marketing) for smooth execution<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>\u2022Experience in DSPs, ad networks, affiliate/performance marketing, media buying, sales, or account management is a strong advantage <\/span>

<\/div>\u2022<\/span>Analytical, proactive, and growth\-focused mindsetAbility to manage multiple clients in a fast\-paced environment<\/span>
