Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to ensure the range of new and existing client projects are managed effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will ensure work is strategically focused, delivered on time and within budget while championing the quality and delivery of all client projects.
This role provides oversight and day-to-day relationship management for the development and execution of client programs. Responsibilities include client relationship management, project and program management, internal and external communications, account servicing, and cross-functional coordination.
This position supports multiple local client accounts in Brazil and requires strong day-to-day client relationship management, project coordination, and operational execution skills. The ideal candidate will be highly customer-focused, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results
To provide superior service to the assigned client portfolio in coordination with the Account Director:
Promote and develop strong, long-term business relationships with clients.
Focus on understanding customer business objectives and consistently exceeding expectations.
Manage the day-to-day execution of client programs and projects.
Coordinate multiple client accounts while ensuring service excellence and project delivery.
Ensure a thorough understanding of SGX estimating, billing, and financial procedures.
Assist in the completion of weekly invoicing and monthly financial summaries and forecasts together with the Account Director.
Continuously improve internal processes, communication, and collaboration between the assigned account team and all supporting departments.
Monitor project progress, anticipate risks, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions proactively.
Strengthen and expand client relationships through the identification of business growth opportunities.
Conduct research, surveys, data collection, reporting, and competitive analysis to support client initiatives.
Provide business intelligence, market trends, performance metrics, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Research and propose process improvements, efficiencies, and new development opportunities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) alongside leadership teams.
Guide and direct internal teams regarding client requirements, project expectations, and workflow processes.
Collaborate closely with Production, Creative, Operations, Finance, and Client Services teams to ensure successful project execution.
Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Leadership teams to support reporting, forecasting, and business reviews.

Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
This position requires the following knowledge and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Project Management, Program Management, or a related client-facing role.
Experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Experience within packaging, prepress, artwork, print production, branding, creative services, marketing agencies, or related industries preferred.
Fluency in Portuguese is required.
English and/or Spanish language skills are considered an asset but are not required.
Candidates must be based in Brazil, as this role supports local clients requiring ongoing day-to-day communication, service, and relationship management.
This is a hybrid position based in Brazil, with approximately 80% remote work and 20% office attendance as business needs require. Candidates must be comfortable working in a flexible hybrid environment and attending the office when needed for client meetings, team collaboration, or operational requirements.
