Account Manager/AdTech

Spalah is a Ukrainian venture builder that connects ambitious tech businesses with the international stage. We unite visionary founders and diverse talent to create companies in Adtech, Martech і Mobile.
We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join one of our AdTech project.


What you will be working on:

  • contribute to account growth by exploring new opportunities with partners;
  • communicate daily with programmatic partners and support their operations;
  • maintain warm and friendly relationships with all partners;
  • monitor partner activity and basic performance metrics;
  • handle discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with partners;
  • proactively follow up on traffic or delivery issues;
  • support partners with technical and operational questions;
  • analyze partners’ performance based on key metrics and KPIs, and implement improvements accordingly.


Your background:

  • fluent English;
  • experience in customer service, account management, or similar client-facing roles;
  • knowledge of Google Drive tools and MS Excel;
  • high level of attention to details and accuracy;
  • initiative and ability to work independently;
  • structured thinking and time management skills;
  • effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • strong interpersonal skills;
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Will be a plus:

  • experience within AdTech industry;
  • experience working with international partners.
