We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for our Customer Success & Business \nDevelopment department at Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of \nexperience in Business Development and should possess strong IT industry knowledge, especially \nin Customer Success & Growth /Sales/Business Development roles. The primary responsibilities of \nthis role include lead generation, business growth, pre\-sales efforts, farming, upselling and cross \nselling.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and pursue potential leads and opportunities within the target market segments. Use \nmarket research and industry knowledge to identify prospects. \n Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, including setting sales targets, \ndeveloping market penetration plans, and establishing key performance indicators. \n Create and manage solutioning and pitch decks to effectively present the company's offerings \nto clients. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions align with client needs. \n Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs and work \ntowards delivering value\-added solutions. \n Identify opportunities for upselling and cross\-selling additional products or services to \nexisting clients. Maximize revenue potential from each client relationship. \n Leverage your extensive experience in IT Customer Solutions Group, Sales, and Business \nDevelopment to drive success in this role. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging \ntechnologies.

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications:
<\/div>
 Proven track record in business development, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar \nrole. \n Strong understanding of the IT services and consulting ecosystem, including global \noutsourcing models, offshore delivery centers, and enterprise migration programs. \n Proven experience in digital transformation with focus on data engineering, application \nmodernization, Agentic AI, and cost optimization strategies for enterprise clients. Well\-versed \non SDLC and deep understanding on emerging trends in Software industry. \nT2313, Ardente Office One, \nHoodi Junction, Bangalore \u2013 560048 \n Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. \n Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. \n Experience in lead generation, marketing, and sales strategy development. \n Previous experience in a "growth escalator" role, contributing significantly to revenue growth. \n Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. \n Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
