Account Manager

At CWS Hygiene, we’re looking for a driven Account Manager to strengthen our team in the Liège region. You are the face of CWS for our clients: you build strong relationships, deepen existing partnerships, and keep your eyes open for new opportunities.

Your mission

As Account Manager, you manage your own client portfolio in the Liège region. Your focus is on strengthening and growing existing relationships, but you also actively think ahead about new opportunities, from warm leads to targeted prospecting.

What will you do?

  • You actively visit clients and explore how the partnership can grow and improve (cross-selling and upselling)

  • You manage your client portfolio and keep a close eye on revenue, margin, and contracts

  • You follow up on warm leads and prospect new clients in your region in a targeted way

  • You translate market insights into concrete actions and targets

  • You ensure proper follow-up and administration of your client accounts

  • You align daily with Sales Support, Customer Care, and Service

  • You report to our experienced Sales Manager

Who are you?

  • You have experience in a field sales role

  • You take initiative and create commercial opportunities

  • You listen carefully and translate client needs into concrete solutions

  • You work independently and in a structured way, because follow-up is key

  • You think long-term and invest in relationships that last

  • You communicate fluently in French, with a good knowledge of Dutch and/or English
