We\u2019re looking for an early\-career Account Manager to help support and grow relationships with existing Downstream customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with some sales, customer success, or account management experience who wants to develop their skills in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment.

In this role, you\u2019ll work with current customers to help them get the most value from Downstream\u2019s platform and services. You\u2019ll focus on account retention, identifying growth opportunities, re\-engaging past customers, and supporting customers across our full range of offerings, including site services, waste, and equipment solutions.

What You\u2019ll Do
<\/div>

<\/div>
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
<\/div>
Build relationships with customers and act as a trusted point of contact
<\/div>
Support account retention by helping customers find the right solutions for their ongoing needs
<\/div>
Identify opportunities to expand accounts across additional services, locations, or markets
<\/div>
Re\-engage former customers and help bring them back onto the platform
<\/div>
Conduct regular outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and occasional in\-person meetings
<\/div>
Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
<\/div>
Learn Downstream\u2019s full product and service catalog and match solutions to customer needs
<\/div>
Track account activity, customer needs, and growth opportunities in company systems
<\/div><\/span>

· Calls: 75\-100<\/span>
<\/p>

· Emails: 75<\/span>

· LinkedIn: 30<\/span>
<\/p>

· In\-Person: 2\-3<\/span>

Core Focus: <\/b>Upper mid\-market account management<\/span>
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>

· <\/b>Own $3M GMV/$800k net book<\/span>
<\/p>

· 75\-100 calls & 75 emails/week<\/span>
<\/p>

· Manage 25\-50 accounts<\/span>
<\/p>

· Full product catalog access<\/span>
<\/p>

Ideal Candidate Profile:<\/b><\/span>

· 3\-5 years sales experience<\/span>
<\/p>

· Experience with complex, multi\-location accounts<\/span>
<\/p>

· Strong in consultative selling<\/span>
<\/p>
