Account Manager (Existing Accounts)

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated sales professional to maximize value across our established customer base.

Role Overview

​Are you an expert at building relationships and spotting hidden opportunities? We have a goldmine of over 800 existing customers, and we need a dedicated Account Manager to engage them, understand their evolving tech needs, and drive incremental sales.

​Instead of cold calling strangers, your primary mission is to systematically "comb" our healthy database, cross-sell, and up-sell our core suite of AV, IT, and Cybersecurity solutions.

​Key Responsibilities

  • Account Mining & Up-selling: Systematically engage our database of 800+ existing clients to identify gaps in their current setups and pitch incremental solutions.
  • Solution Selling: Consult with clients to understand their business needs and recommend tailored packages across AV, Cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the trusted point of contact for existing accounts, ensuring high client retention, trust, and satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial account re-engagement, solution presentation, and quotation, to closing the deal.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our technical and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions for your accounts.

​Requirements

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales or account management experience, preferably within the IT, AV, or tech system integration industries.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with at least one or more of our core domains (IT Hardware/Software, Cybersecurity, or AV solutions) is highly advantageous.
  • Sales DNA: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through account farming, cross-selling, and up-selling.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable speaking to IT managers, procurement leads, and business owners.
  • Attitude: Proactive, organized, and structured enough to manage and prioritize a large portfolio of accounts effectively.
