Account Manager for Distribution (Korea)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and create new opportunities in emerging markets (Industrial High Power, AI/Robotics)
- Manage and grow Distributor (Disty) business and channel partners
- Develop and execute account strategies and business plans
- Achieve sales targets (revenue, design-in, pipeline)
- Provide technical sales support and collaborate with FAE/BU teams
- Deliver technical training and seminars to distributors and customers
- Collect market intelligence and support product strategy

Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or above) in Electrical Engineering preferred
- Experience in technical sales / FAE / business development in semiconductor industry
- Strong knowledge of Power Semiconductors (MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, etc.)
- Deep understanding of industrial high power applications
Preferred
- Experience managing distributors or channel business
- Background in Industrial / Robotics / Automation markets
- Strong communication skills in English
