The GCC Partnerships Manager is responsible for <\/span>driving sell\-through and strategic engagements across both existing GCC customers and upcoming/new GCCs entering India<\/b>, positioning Rapyder as a <\/span>long\-term cloud services, operations, and transformation partner<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

The role focuses on <\/span>account expansion, new GCC onboarding, and annuity revenue growth<\/b>, working closely with hyperscaler alliances and delivery teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Existing GCC Account Expansion<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Own growth, renewals, and annuity expansion across <\/span>current GCC engagements<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Build deep relationships with GCC Heads, CIOs, Cloud COEs, and platform leaders.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Expand Rapyder\u2019s footprint across additional workloads, teams, and business units.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Drive cross\-sell and up\-sell of CloudOps, FinOps, Security, and Modernization services.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Upcoming & New GCC Acquisition<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Identify, engage, and onboard <\/span>new and upcoming GCCs<\/b> <\/span>setting up or expanding operations in India.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Build early\-stage relationships and influence cloud and operating strategy from inception.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Convert early discussions into pilots, POCs, and long\-term managed services engagements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Sell\-Through & Opportunity Management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

      • Drive sell\-through opportunities via hyperscalers and ISV partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Own opportunity lifecycle from discovery to closure with internal sales support.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Convert pilots into multi\-year managed services and annuity contracts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Coordinate with Delivery and Operations for solution design, onboarding, and execution.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Share GCC market insights and account intelligence with the COO.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
