Account Manager, IT Sales

Job Summary:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and driving revenue growth through the sale of IT solutions and services. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and acquire new customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build strong long-term relationships with various stakeholders, customers and vendors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences

  • Resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development (IT industry experience would be an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills, proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset, positive attitude with strong customer service orientation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
