Account Manager, LCS
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies, building strong relationships to deeply understand their business objectives, identify business opportunities, and confidently pitch tailored Google Ads (Search, DV360, PMAX, G4A, Shopping, Video, Display, etc.) solutions.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
- Deliver the full plan for managed accounts, from initial implementation and core hygiene to continuous optimization, troubleshooting, and driving product adoption for long-term client growth.
- Analyze market trends, internal/external data, and campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, while accurately contributing to sales forecasting and risk mitigation.
- Partner seamlessly with internal Google teams and key stakeholders to develop sales strategies, size market opportunities, and deploy collaborative, cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain a deep, working knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and the specific supported industry (Home and Personal Care), while proactively seeking advanced training to master Google’s evolving product suite and engaged edge.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- Experience working with digital campaigns and Google Ads.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
