Account Manager (Life Insurance - Renewals)

The Client is an established insurance firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possess a strong understanding of group insurance products and pricing to prepare and process renewal invitations.
  • Effectively manage and service renewal accounts through intermediaries.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate renewal data for billing
  • Work closely with the operations team on operational matters.
  • Manage and resolve escalations by coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Work closely with the claims team on claims-related escalations and provide timely updates to intermediaries/clients.
  • Ensure timely payment of premium by clients.
  • Support ad-hoc projects
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standard.

Skill and Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in group insurance, employee benefits, or account management.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
