Account Manager
- Proactively identify, target and secure high-value B2B clients through strategic cold outreach, industry networking, trade shows and referral partnerships.
- Act as a trusted consultant to existing and prospective clients, conducting deep-dive needs assessments to understand their marking, branding and operational requirements.
- Manager and grow a robust portfolio of jet accounts, ensuring high retention rates and consistent year-over-year revenue growth.
- Expertly present and demonstrate company's full suite of products, services and capabilities
- Develop, articulate and negotiate compelling, highly accurate quotes, proposals and service-level agreements (SLAs) tailored to client specifications and budget parameters.
- Identify and execute strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account profitability and lifetime value.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams ( production, pre-press, design and logistic) to guarantee seamless order processing.
- Monitor project timelines proactively, resolving any bottlenecks to ensure all deliverables meet stringent quality standards and strict deadlines.
- Conduct post-project follow-ups to ensure complete client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, client interactions and pipeline progress using the company's CRM system.
- Provide accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market intelligence (including competitor analysis and emerging industry trends) to senior management.
