Account Manager

Account Managers provide timely responses to inquires via phone and email, as well as process certificates, handle endorsements and binder requests for personal lines insurance policies. Account Managers are responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Requirements

At least one year of property and casualty insurance experience

Active property and casualty insurance license

Located in Central Time

Servicing existing policyholdersand successful track record in customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to effectively function ata high level in a virtual work environment
