Location: Bangalore

Role Summary

BA will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring successful delivery of IT services and solutions. This role serves as the primary interface between the client and delivery teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client business goals and technology needs.
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identification of new opportunities.
  • Oversee project and service delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
  • Lead governance reviews, manage risks and escalations, and ensure contractual commitments are met.
  • Collaborate with delivery, project management, and sales teams to achieve client and business objectives.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, service performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 14+ years of experience in IT Services, Client Management, Account Management, Program Management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing enterprise clients and technology delivery engagements.
  • Knowledge of project management and service management frameworks (PMP, Agile, ITIL preferred).
