Account Manager
Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing accounts and overachieve upsell targets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Understand and analyse customer\u2019s business needs, technical requirements and current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate values.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Possess deep product knowledge of Zoho products with an ability to show product demos as needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Build and manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to scoping opportunity. Build relationships, retain, negotiate and close business.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Ensure customer satisfaction and arrest churn.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- 2\-3 years of business development experience from a software/SaaS background targeting mid to large sized companies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Prior experience in selling enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Accounting and HRMS is preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Proven track record of growing business from existing customer accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demos highlighting the key value proposition<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Strong communication, interpersonal and consultative skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
