Account Manager

  • Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing accounts and overachieve upsell targets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Understand and analyse customer\u2019s business needs, technical requirements and current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate values.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Possess deep product knowledge of Zoho products with an ability to show product demos as needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Build and manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to scoping opportunity. Build relationships, retain, negotiate and close business.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and arrest churn.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 2\-3 years of business development experience from a software/SaaS background targeting mid to large sized companies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Prior experience in selling enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Accounting and HRMS is preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proven track record of growing business from existing customer accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demos highlighting the key value proposition<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and consultative skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
