Job Summary
THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLL.
The Client Representative will play a crucial role in supporting the daily correspondence operations of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Client Representative may do some or all the following:
- Input data into company records and systems.
- Coordinate with other departments and Credit Control clients to resolve inquiries.
- Respond to consumer emails promptly using scenario-based templates.
- Organize, file, and track email, mail and text correspondence.
- Use confidence in guided decision making to accurately process incoming correspondence
- Prepare outgoing mail for delivery by creating cover letters and attaching them to account statements.
Education and Qualifications
▪ High school diploma required
▪ Previous experience in the collection industry preferred
▪ Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
▪ Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
▪ Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including email messaging, Microsoft Word, and Excel
▪ Excellent time management and organizational skills
▪ Excellent oral and written communication skills
▪ Ability to multitask, and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities
Skills Required
To be successful, a Client Representative must have excellent oral and written communication skills and have a great attention for detail. In addition, time management and multitasking skills are important, as the Client Representative may be given several different tasks at a time. We prefer someone who has at least 2 years of administrative experience in a high-level processing environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
