ACCOUNT SERVICES ASSOCIATE
Summary: This position is responsible for clerical duties in the Deposit Operations department. The department is responsible for the deposit account document monitoring, indexing, oversight of account imaging processes and exception tracking, maintenance of customer accounts, uploading customer information from deposit software to core processing system, management of CIF accounts and related customer accounts, administration of debit card program, IRA account management, assist in developing new account procedures and related forms, maintenance of deposit software parameters and system parameters related to deposits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

Prepares reports from various sources and input.

Processes new debit card applications, orders cards, and maintains customer ATM files. Process customer card disputes. Fraud watch reporting, etc.

Orders customer checks and pays invoices

Places holds on accounts for uncollected funds.

Maintenance customer accounts.

Check back maintenance processes for accuracy.

Upload accounts to core processor.

Exception tracking.
-
Maintaining electronic filing systems for customer and Bank documents.
