Accountant

About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage accounting operations for Admirals Group entities and branches in accordance with IFRS and local legislation.
  • Prepare and submit monthly income tax and VAT declarations, including VAT proportion calculations.
  • Handle salary calculations, payroll accounting, and intercompany nettings across multiple entities.
  • Execute supplier and employee payments.
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports in accordance with IFRS.
  • Ensure full compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audit procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting and statutory filings.
  • Collaborate with departments .

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (Level 5/6 or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • A proactive attitude, strong ethics, and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.

Finance/Accounting degree,

Accounting qualification (Level 5/6),

Strong English skills,

IFRS knowledge
