Accountant Analyst (P2P)

As an Accountant Analyst you will provide clear and accurate information to manage & analyze a segment of the business, in accordance with accounting principles, government regulations and company practice and policy, while been responsible for various closing, accounting, consolidation & Tax reporting activities.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform month-end closing activities, including preparing reconciliations, posting journal entries, analyzing variances, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in line with regional and corporate deadlines.

  • Manage and reconcile general ledger and accounts payable items, including pending items, invoice and down payment compensations, tax reports, and credit card expense registrations in SAP.

  • Provide support across the organization, responding to information requests from internal teams, vendors, auditors, and external stakeholders.

  • Support tax, audit, and special projects, preparing required analyses, documentation, and information for internal/external auditors and initiatives such as electronic invoicing and payroll.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation, promoting process enhancements, leveraging emerging technologies, and strengthening organizational capability through training and innovation practices.

  • Assist operational finance tasks, such as invoice registration, cash requests, down payments, and provision entries.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.

  • +2 years of experience in accounting.

  • Strong knowledge of both local and US GAAP accounting rules

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel

  • English knowledge

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex data and issues and proactively develop solutions

  • SAP experience (user)
