Job Summary
Manage comprehensive accounting functions including invoicing, transaction tracking, and monthly account closing to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GST regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoicing and transaction tracking to ensure accurate job billing
- Collaborate with operations teams to verify billables are correctly invoiced and recorded
- Maintain full set of accounts through precise bookkeeping practices
- Submit monthly GST returns to IRAS in compliance with regulatory deadlines
- Participate in the setup and implementation of a new ERP system to enhance accounting processes
- Complete monthly account closing activities within established reporting deadlines
- Manage simple accounting tasks related to Malaysia operations
