On behalf of our client, a fast-growing and well-established player in the international iGaming industry, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant (Chinese Speaker) to join their dynamic finance team in Ho Chi Minh City.

Our client operates in a high-paced, compliance-driven environment where financial accuracy and local regulatory knowledge are critical to success. As the company continues to expand its presence in Vietnam, they are looking for a proactive Accountant who can help build and maintain solid financial foundations locally — from daily bookkeeping to supporting local corporate compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating finance-related activities, including accounting entries, contract management, and follow-up on internal and external requests.
  • Handle basic operational matters such as bank account opening, document preparation, and compliance-related processes.
  • Proactively learn and apply knowledge related to local company registration, financial compliance, and Vietnamese accounting standards to support long-term business stability.
  • Prepare and verify financial documents, assist with reconciliations, and generate basic reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with other business departments to ensure smooth financial workflows and accurate data exchange.

Requirements

  • A degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Familiarity with Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS), tax policies, and basic financial systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and other office software.
  • Solid basic accounting skills: preparing vouchers, reconciliations, and report generation.
  • Strong learning agility — able to quickly understand business operations and adapt to new processes.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese.
