Accountant (m/f/d)

Responsible for preparing the monthly and annual financial statements of SWARCO ITS SERVICES GMBH in accordance with Austrian GAAP (UGB)
Actively contribute to the implementation of centralized holding accounting functions within the company
Coordinate and execute intercompany transactions and group cost allocations
Coordinate and prepare the company’s budget and forecasts
Support day-to-day accounting activities and serve as a point of contact for accounting and financial reporting matters
Act as a contact person for group subsidiaries regarding the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Provide support and expertise on Austrian accounting and tax-related issues
Participate in and lead internal transformation and change projects

Completed degree in Business Administration (university or university of applied sciences) or a commercial education (e.g., HAK/HBLA), ideally with a certified accountant qualification (Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung)
Solid, several years of professional experience in accounting or controlling, ideally including experience in investment valuation and knowledge of IFRS
Extensive experience with accounting systems; SAP FI knowledge is an advantage
Experience with intercompany accounting and charge allocations is beneficial
Advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent written and spoken German and good English language skills
Enjoy working in international teams and contributing to the development and optimization of processes, systems, and standards
