Accountant MB Renting

Provide accounting and administrative support to the Accounting department participating in the reporting to HQ , supporting controlling internally and as well been the main contact to MBGSM. Responsible for AR inventories and reconciliation of accounts. Provide support to the finance department and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Manage and oversee general ledger (GL) operations , including AR and reconciliations processes.
  • Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial reports
  • Ensure control over main accounts in MBR (insurance, maintenance , portfolio …)
  • Collaborate with the MBGSM team to provide accounting and administrative support.
  • Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual account closings.
  • Support for the audit by providing complete documentation that allows the presentation of the local Financial Statements in according with current legislation.
  • Identify and propose improvements in accounting and reporting processes
