<\/span>About the Role:<\/b><\/font><\/span><\/div>

<\/span>We\u2019re looking for an Accountant to own our day\-to\-day financial operations. If you know your way around GAAP, IFRS, and have experience in hospitality, we want to hear from you.<\/span><\/div>

<\/span>What You\u2019ll Do:<\/b><\/font><\/span><\/div>

  • Record daily sales invoices in Zoho Books.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    • Reconcile bank statements and verify OTA payments daily.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      • Manage e\-commerce settlements and reconcile related clearing accounts.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        • Handle accounting transactions in line with GAAP and IFRS (including IFRS 15, IFRS 16, and IAS 16).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
          • Verify and record monthly expenses, accruals, provisions, and OTA commissions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
            • Perform related party reconciliations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
              • Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                • Lead month\-end closings and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                  • Assist with internal and external audits.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                      Requirements<\/h3>
                      • Experience in hospitality and handling OTA payouts is a plus.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                        • Hands\-on experience with e\-commerce platforms and reconciling clearing accounts.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                          • Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IAS 16).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                            • Solid understanding of accruals, provisions, accounts receivable, and related party reconciliations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                              • Proficiency in Zoho Books (or similar accounting systems).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                • Excellent command of English\u2014spoken and written.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                  • \u200b<\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or Finance.
