Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor and manage daily cash positions across bank accounts (local and international)
2. Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
3. Maintain adequate liquidity levels to meet operational needs
4. Manage online banking platforms and payment approvals
5. Execute foreign exchange (FX) transactions for business needs
6. Prepare treasury reports (e.g., payment plan, cash forecast)
7. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
8. Track policy renewal schedules and coordinate timely renewals with brokers/insurers
9. Review coverage scope, limits, and premiums to ensure adequacy and cost efficiency
10. Support VAT preparation by validating input/output VAT data
11. Renewing and managing digital certificates used for secure business.
12. Filing and organization of approved GL vouchers.
13. Review and process employee expense claims in accordance with company policy
14. Manage employee purchase transactions for company products
