Position Overview<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>We are seeking a detail\-oriented and reliable Clerk 3 (ADM04)<\/b> to join our Public Works team. This role provides essential administrative and operational support, requiring strong judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will work under general supervision while managing responsibilities that may involve interpreting and applying policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>- Process accounting transactions and manage SAP\-related activities
<\/li> - Handle and issue access permits accurately and efficiently
<\/li> - Supervise and guide clerical or administrative staff when required
<\/li> - Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
<\/li> - Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements and reports
<\/li> - Maintain accurate records and documentation
<\/li> - Verify and process documents following established procedures
<\/li> - Manage inventory tracking and control systems
<\/li> - Coordinate inter\-office mail and communications
<\/li> - Resolve administrative issues and discrepancies using sound judgment
<\/li><\/ul>
Qualifications & Requirements<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>- Completion of Grade XI (or equivalent)
<\/li> - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience<\/b>
<\/li>- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
<\/li> - Experience with SAP or similar financial systems<\/b> is an asset
<\/li>- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem\-solving skills
<\/li> - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
<\/li> - Effective communication and leadership abilities
