Accounting Associate- Support Center

Legal Sea Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our Accounting & Finance team. Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile daily restaurant sales reports.
• Review and process accounts payable invoices.
• Research and resolve vendor payment and invoice discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly check runs and payment processing.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare accounting reconciliations and accrual schedules.
• Support restaurant management with accounting-related questions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
