Accounting Clerk
Description
- Assist internal and external customers via email or telephone with customer service excellence
- General office maintenance such as supply ordering, inventory replenishment, and communication with facilities
- Utilize web-based and company proprietary programs for data entry and report procurement
- Be in compliance with department policies and procedures
- Retrieve and provide various documents upon requests from internal and external customers
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive data
- Monitor and maintain customer service request queues based on Service Level Agreements
- Sort, file and organize various document types for record retention
- Document imaging for various department’s paperwork
- Accurately enter data into multiple programs and systems
- Detail oriented when performing attribute testing audits
- Ability to meet hard deadlines pertaining to legal inquiries, compliance requests, and remedies for credit card disputes
- Process mail in payments for gaming monetary instruments
