Accounting Manager, GL Operations & Intercompany

You will oversee global intercompany and general ledger operations, managing month-end close, intercompany settlements, transfer pricing execution, and global consolidations. You will partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, Finance Data, and Engineering to operationalize new entities, resolve intercompany data issues, automate reconciliations, prepare audit schedules, and implement SOX compliant controls. You will also lead GL related projects such as M&A integrations, NetSuite enhancements, and mentor staff to improve processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close activities for global intercompany transactions and consolidated reporting
• Partner with Tax Treasury and Legal to implement intercompany agreements and transfer pricing methodologies
• Manage intercompany billing cash settlements and foreign exchange gain loss analysis
• Design implement and document SOX compliant internal controls over intercompany and GL processes
• Collaborate with Finance Data and Engineering to investigate resolve intercompany data issues and automate reconciliation workflows
• Prepare quarterly audit schedules and support internal and external audits related to consolidations and entity management
• Support GL related projects including M&A integration new entity set ups and ERP enhancements
• Mentor and develop staff fostering continuous improvement and professional growth

Requirements

• CPA required
• 6+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting with minimum 2 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
• Experience implementing SOX 404 and maintaining documentation
• History of solving complex operational and accounting challenges
• Project management and systems implementation experience
• Ability to adapt and work collaboratively across departmental functions
• Demonstrated ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and apply human in the loop practices
