Responsibilities

· Manage corporate secretarial matters, including company incorporation, annual filings, statutory compliance, and governance advisory.

· Oversee accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and client advisory services.

· Supervise payroll administration, HR operations, employment pass matters, and regulatory compliance.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality professional services.

· Support business development initiatives, proposal preparation, and networking activities.

· Lead and mentor staff, oversee performance management, and contribute to team development.

· Assist Directors in daily operations, client management, and strategic business initiatives.

· Support the development of new service offerings, including ESG, data protection, and compliance-related services.

Requirements

· Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

· Professional qualifications such as CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.

· Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate secretarial, accounting, tax, payroll, and HR regulations.

· Proven leadership and team management experience.

· Excellent communication, client management, and business development skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
