Accounting / Sales Officer

Role Summary:

Essential Responsibility and Function:

The Accounting / Sales Officer will be in charge of the following:

  • Assisting with the Budgeting and Forecasting

  • AP and AR Reconciliations

  • Bank Reconciliations

  • Cash Flow preparation

  • Monthly preparation of Financial Statements

  • Variance Analysis of all accounts and transactions

  • Overseeing the Costing and Ratios of costs with regards to sales

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting related course.

  • At least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in management accounting

  • General understanding of PFRS and other accounting regulations and principles

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Keen to details

  • Experience in using any ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

  • Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
