Accounts/Admin Assistant

- Handle Accounts Payable (from input, cost control andbudget)

- Assist. for Accounts Receivable update and analysis

- Communicates with Banks for trade applications and monitorof dues of monthly banks reconciliation.

- assist. in quarterly GST submission after training

- assist. in yearly audit processes

- assist. in submission (IRAS, MOM, etc).

- daily administration support to Management & Team.

- Ordering of stationeries and miscellaneous.

- Attending to incoming calls. Assist. in preparation ofpreparing of meeting (weekly & monthly).

- Take note of Management's appointment and preparing ofmeeting area.
