Accounts & Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle financial bookkeeping, record transactions, process invoices and receipts, track payments and expenses and prepare weekly reports.
  • Responsible for commission payout, monitoring account activities and resolving any issues related to the company account.
  • Assist with any audits, tax filings and compliance matters.
  • Support day to day office operations which includes general administrative duties and documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with designers, suppliers and internal teams on various administrative matters.
  • Liaising with external auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities as and when required.
  • Assist in tracking and placing orders for materials.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team on administrative matters, project costing and providing timely updates with quick responses to all queries.
  • Assist in roadshows and events as and when required.
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks or additional dutiesas assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience in basic administrative preferred (training provided).
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is anadvantage (for liaising with directors, clients, and contractors).
