Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily cash and sales transactions accurately to ensure financial integrity.
- Verify and reconcile GrabFood payout statements to maintain correct revenue records.
- Maintain comprehensive accounting records .
- Process payments, staff claims, and perform bank reconciliations to support financial operations.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and managing full-set accounts for accurate financial tracking.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email and social media to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and follow up on complaints related to delivery platforms to resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with outlets to identify and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth operational workflows.

- Organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with food delivery platforms and POS systems to support operational processes.
