Accounts & Admin Officer

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile daily cash and sales transactions accurately to ensure financial integrity.
  • Verify and reconcile GrabFood payout statements to maintain correct revenue records.
  • Maintain comprehensive accounting records .
  • Process payments, staff claims, and perform bank reconciliations to support financial operations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and managing full-set accounts for accurate financial tracking.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email and social media to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and follow up on complaints related to delivery platforms to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with outlets to identify and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth operational workflows.

  • Organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with food delivery platforms and POS systems to support operational processes.
