As an Accounts and Admin Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Process daily payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate cash ledger records
- Manage cash flow, bank deposits, and internal fund movements
- Reconcile cash balances, bank statements, and petty cash daily
- Handle staff expense claims and reimbursements with proper documentation
- Support payroll preparation and coordinate disbursements
- Maintain strict security protocols over cash holdings, cheques, company seals, and sensitive financial records
- Procure and distribute office supplies and stationery
- Coordinate inbound and outbound mail, couriers, and document handling
- Assist with HR admin on attendance, leave records, and onboarding
- Manage front-office duties including reception, phone handling, and filing
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting/ Accountancy field
- 1 - 2 years of relevant accounting experience
