Accounts and Admin Associate

As an Accounts and Admin Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Process daily payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate cash ledger records
  • Manage cash flow, bank deposits, and internal fund movements
  • Reconcile cash balances, bank statements, and petty cash daily
  • Handle staff expense claims and reimbursements with proper documentation
  • Support payroll preparation and coordinate disbursements
  • Maintain strict security protocols over cash holdings, cheques, company seals, and sensitive financial records
  • Procure and distribute office supplies and stationery
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound mail, couriers, and document handling
  • Assist with HR admin on attendance, leave records, and onboarding
  • Manage front-office duties including reception, phone handling, and filing

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting/ Accountancy field
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant accounting experience
