Accounts Assistant cum Admin
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant cum Admin to support daily accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Duties:
- Handle Accounts Payable
- Process payments and statement reconciliations
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records
- Ensure the transactions are accurately keyed in accounting system.
- Liaise with external vendors on invoices and handle discrepancies.
- Monthly payment and expenses reconciliation.
- Assist in GST submissions and audit preparation
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle general administrative and office support tasks
- Manage office documentation and filing systems
- Purchase order for office supplies, and general office maintenance
- Support HR and management with ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / LCCI / Accounting qualification or equivalent
- At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred but not a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, meticulous, and able to multitask
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
