Job Summary

Join a local accounting firm to manage full sets of accounts, prepare audit and GST schedules, and contribute to efficient financial operations. Support payroll processing and maintain high-quality work with integrity and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain full sets of accounts to ensure accurate financial records
  • Prepare detailed schedules for audit purposes to support compliance and review processes
  • Compile and submit GST schedules accurately and on time to meet regulatory requirements
  • Perform payroll processing tasks to support employee compensation management (advantageous)
  • Deliver high-quality accounting work efficiently and appropriately to meet firm standards
  • Demonstrate responsibility, strong work ethic, and integrity in all assigned tasks
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues and clients to facilitate smooth operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Possess LCCI or Diploma in Accounting as foundational knowledge for accounting tasks
  • Have 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably within an accounting firm environment
