Accounts Assistant

To check daily emails

To process, coordinate, prepare and submit Sales Quotation for clients

To follow up on Purchase Order / signed Quotation from clients

To prepare Works Order

To prepare Delivery Order/Work Completion Order and follow up with acknowledgement from Clients

To answering phone calls

Accuracy in data entry for all documents in Excel

Ensure proper filing and documentation

Able to Start Work immediately

Min O Levels

Able to work independently or in a team and take initiative

Hardworking, positive attitude and able to work in fast paced environment

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
