Accounts Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle partial sets of accounts

· Prepare journal entries and postings

· Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

· Assist in month-end closing

· Assist to verify staff claims for reimbursement

· Assist audit related activities

· Opportunity to handle full set of accounts if perform well

· Other Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

· Min. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

· Preferably 1 to 2 years full set accounting experience

· Prior experience in Construction industry preferred

· IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office

· Meticulous

· Experience in Accounting Systems advantageous

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to start work on short notice
