Job Summary
Join RMS as a Human Resource Executive supporting finance operations with detailed invoice processing, payment handling, and financial record maintenance to ensure accurate and timely accounting functions.
Responsibilities
- Register and process invoices accurately to support Accounts Payable operations
- Match invoices with purchase and delivery orders to ensure payment accuracy
- Handle debit and credit notes to maintain correct financial records
- Prepare and process payments and disbursements promptly to vendors and stakeholders
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness
- Perform Accounts Receivable tasks to support cash flow management
- Assist the finance team with ad hoc duties to ensure smooth financial operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to meet deadlines consistently
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external parties
