ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Prepare, verify, and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and relevant authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore statutory requirements.

Office Administration

  • Handle daily office administrative activities and correspondence.
  • Maintain employee records, deployment schedules, and client documentation.
  • Prepare contracts, timesheets, attendance records, and other operational documents.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding manpower deployment and invoicing matters.
  • Manage office supplies, filing systems, and company records.
  • Assist with work pass, onboarding, and HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Support management with reports, scheduling, and general office coordination.
