Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely preparation of accounting deliverables (financial statements / management reports / GST filing)
- Review of supporting financial documents (invoices, bank statements)
- Review of the financial information/management accounts prepared by associate
- Ensure that clients comply with local statutory and GST requirements
- Provide guidance and advice on matters (accounting/GST) and escalate these matters to manager if required
- Ensure the timely processing and sending of invoice upon the completion of engagement
Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma/Degree in accountancy / ACCA equivalent
- 5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Sage Accounting, Microsoft Office and Xero would be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Meticulous and organized individual with strong initiatives
- Proactive in problem solving
