Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the timely preparation of accounting deliverables (financial statements / management reports / GST filing)
  • Review of supporting financial documents (invoices, bank statements)
  • Review of the financial information/management accounts prepared by associate
  • Ensure that clients comply with local statutory and GST requirements
  • Provide guidance and advice on matters (accounting/GST) and escalate these matters to manager if required
  • Ensure the timely processing and sending of invoice upon the completion of engagement


Requirements:

  • Advanced Diploma/Degree in accountancy / ACCA equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Sage Accounting, Microsoft Office and Xero would be an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Meticulous and organized individual with strong initiatives
  • Proactive in problem solving
