Accounts Executive
Job Description
- Work closely with senior account executive in managing day to day activities of the finance department.
- Full set of accounts includes managing accounting records, monthly financial statements, projects costs analysis and recommendation
- Preparation of progress work claims and process invoices for payment
- Suppliers’ invoices and discrepancies, work with relevant department to resolve
- Assist in audit and year- end activities
- Other admin duties as and when needed
