Accounts Executive

Job Description

  • Work closely with senior account executive in managing day to day activities of the finance department.
  • Full set of accounts includes managing accounting records, monthly financial statements, projects costs analysis and recommendation
  • Preparation of progress work claims and process invoices for payment
  • Suppliers’ invoices and discrepancies, work with relevant department to resolve
  • Assist in audit and year- end activities
  • Other admin duties as and when needed
