Job Scope – AR cum Admin Executive

1. F&B Account

a. Stock take

  • Month-end:

Conduct stock take of Top 10 / 20 expensive items or stock in bar / wine chiller.

  • Quarter / Year-end:

Conduct 100% stock take for bar and kitchen, including dry room and cabinet.

b. Reporting

  • Monthly Reports:
  • Generate Sales summary
  • Discount & Entertainment report if any
  • Update Stock on hand variance report after physical stock take
  • Update costing for ingredients / beverages (new addition)

c. Invoice Verification & Payment (Part of AP role)

  • Verify invoice against SOA.
  • Prepare payment via cheque in S’pore

d. Ad-hoc F&B-Related Tasks

  • Assist in filling account opening forms.
  • Prepare DN for customer payment.
  • Check stock take list.
  • Prepare urgent payments.
  • Follow up with the event costing

2. Claims Verification

  • Staff claims
  • Director claims
  • Store claims
  • Travel claims
  • Petty Cash

3. Daily Cashflow

  • Update and monitor cashflow on a daily basis, forecast daily collection
  • Follow up collection

4. Accounts Receivable

  • Hands on full set of monthly closing of Accounts Receivable job scope.
  • Work on the monthly reconciliation of every collection platform against with bank statements.

5. GST Workings

  • Prepare GST workings for submission – monthly and quarterly

Requirements

  • Diploma or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of accounting/admin experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and GST.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in F&B industry is an advantage.
