Accounts Executive
- Handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Manage and maintain accounting records for multiple entities across several countries, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare and process invoices, quotations, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents accurately and timely.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, account balances, and outstanding receivables/payables.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities when required.
- Perform administrative and accounting duties as assigned by management.
- Assist with process improvements and implementation of accounting controls.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in handling full sets of accounts independently.
- Experience managing accounts for multiple countries/entities will be highly advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Hands-on experience with MYOB and/or AutoCount Accounting Software is preferred.
- Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- A positive working attitude, pleasant personality, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
