Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Financial Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets
  • Accounts Receivalbe / Payable: Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable, including issuing invoices, processing payments and reconciling accounts
  • Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements with general ledger balances.
  • Assistance in Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
  • Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting policiesm procedures and regulations
  • Documentation: Maintain organized and acccurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist in banking matters
  • Other ad-hoc finance-related matters

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a professional certificate (e.g. LCCI) in accounting
  • Minimum 3 years experience in accounts position
  • Prior Experience in F & B industry is required
  • Proficient in Excel
