Accounts Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Financial Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets
- Accounts Receivalbe / Payable: Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable, including issuing invoices, processing payments and reconciling accounts
- Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements with general ledger balances.
- Assistance in Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
- Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting policiesm procedures and regulations
- Documentation: Maintain organized and acccurate financial records and documentation
- Assist in banking matters
- Other ad-hoc finance-related matters
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a professional certificate (e.g. LCCI) in accounting
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounts position
- Prior Experience in F & B industry is required
- Proficient in Excel
