ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
- Managing the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and bank deposits
- Handle petty cash
- Inter-company billing
- Preparing and maintaining financial reports, such as balance sheets, P & L, cash flows statements and management report
- Prepare month end closing and reconcile bank accounts and credit card statement
- Prepare quaterly GST submissions and filing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws
- Maintain Fixed Assets schedules including additions, disposal and depreciation
- Inventory Management - stock code creation and inventory adjustments, check monthly actual stock balance with data from system and perform stock count
- Maintain filing system
- Co-ordinate with the office team (operation, marketing, sales) and provide the information and supports as and when needed
- Liaise with external auditors, preparation of financial statements and audit schedules
- Any other adhoc duties assigned
