ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

  • Managing the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and bank deposits
  • Handle petty cash
  • Inter-company billing
  • Preparing and maintaining financial reports, such as balance sheets, P & L, cash flows statements and management report
  • Prepare month end closing and reconcile bank accounts and credit card statement
  • Prepare quaterly GST submissions and filing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws
  • Maintain Fixed Assets schedules including additions, disposal and depreciation
  • Inventory Management - stock code creation and inventory adjustments, check monthly actual stock balance with data from system and perform stock count
  • Maintain filing system
  • Co-ordinate with the office team (operation, marketing, sales) and provide the information and supports as and when needed
  • Liaise with external auditors, preparation of financial statements and audit schedules
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned
