Accounts Executive

Job Description:

  • Maintain full sets of Accounts and perform month-end account closing activities and ensure accurate reconciliations.
  • Handle AP / AR duties.
  • Handle Bank Reconciliation.
  • Prepare and submit monthly management reports.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
  • Prepare audit schedules.
  • Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and corporate secretary for statutory audit, tax and other requirements.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
  • 3 years' relevant experience in the related field.
  • Hands-on, independent and meticulous individual.
  • Team player, good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • 5 days work / week
