Accounts & HR Manager
Responsibilities
Accounts
- Maintain full set of accounts and ensure accurate bookkeeping of daily transactions
- Prepare monthly project reports and management reports with variance analysis
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper financial records
- Assist in preparation of statutory financial statements, tax filings, and GST submissions
- Perform account analysis and financial reporting as required
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties
Human Resources
- Handle monthly payroll processing, CPF, levy, IR21, and IR8A submissions
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Administer employee leave, including statutory and government-paid leave
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination with agencies
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR data management
- Assist in onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, and performance review exercises
- Support training and development initiatives
- Support annual performance and salary review exercises
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Handle employee insurance matters and government surveys
General
- Support administrative and corporate affairs matters as required
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time
JobRequirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Experience in project accounting and human resources functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, as well as relevant MOM and BCA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and proactive with a positive work attitude.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage foreign blue-collar workers effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
